»a german born person most probably using an internet account in your library continually spamming this website with statements of pro-nazi and anti-semitic content«.
We have taken the following action:
1. identified the person; and,
2. blocked access to your website on all of our library computers.
So hopefully you will have no further correspondence from »Otto«.
However please advise me if there is any more trouble.
