Basically, at the current time, Myko is not universal (runs on both Intel and PowerPC Macs) and probably will not be made so in the foreseeable future (Myko is currently not being developed). What you can try to do in order to get Myko to work on your Intel Mac is run Adium using Rosetta. It might not work as it has not been tested by any members of the Myko Team.
