No other country in the world is a better global citizen than Cuba. No other leader has had a more transformative role for his country than Fidel Castro. And no other nation meets the definition of sustainable development and has a smaller ecological footprint than Cuba.
Despite America’s subversive activities, aggression and sabotage, and a socio-economic system that has many shortcomings, Cuba has survived and flourished as an independent, proud and ethical nation.
Yet your people’s extraordinary accomplishments are in peril due to the program of population control adopted by the Cuban government in the 70s. Unless and until Cuba stops deliberately subverting its people’s reproductive systems through endocrine disruptors, the intellectual and social accomplishments realized since independence will gradually evaporate and all Cuba will be left with will be a sick, feeble and retarded population.
Cuba is ideally placed to pursue population control honorably and legally and thus fulfill its international obligations with respect to international security without harming the minds and bodies of its people in order to placate the genocidal policies of the United Nations and its sponsors in America and Europe.
Cuba’s high metrics in health and education, combined with its very high Human Development Index and its one-party political system, will make legislating population control relatively easy. I urge you to abandon covert depopulation and to adopt overt legislation to accomplish your demographic objectives and complete the demographic transition within and not outside the rule of law.
I can help you do this and you can help me forge global consensus for worldwide laws limiting family size, an outcome that is absolutely necessary and inevitable.
