open letter to Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow
President of Turkmenistan,
Turkmenistan joined the Global Depopulation Policy in 1993, two years after gaining its independence from the Soviet Union, when the National Immunization Programme (NIP) was developed in collaboration with UNICEF and WHO, the result of which Turkmenistan’s total fertility rate declined from 4.5 to 2.5 children per woman today.
Having the world’s fourth largest reserves of natural gas, Turkmenistan can afford to pay for its own vaccines, which it purchases from UNICEF. The fact that your government has allocated four times more money for vaccines for the period 2010 to 2015 then for the 2006 to 2009 period signals your intention to reduce your people’s fertility down to replacement level via an intensified vaccination program.
Considering that Turkmenistan’s population has grown from 1.2 million people in 1950 to 5 million today, I can understand your government’s decision to stop the population from growing but I warn you that if you continue to do it by subverting your people’s fertility under the pretext of improved healthcare, without their knowledge or consent, you will face charges of crimes against humanity within a few short years.
You are an elected official and have no mandate to decide who has children, when and how many. You have therefore assumed powers that you are not entitled to and that constitute genocide. You should also keep in mind that the days of the UN and its agencies are numbered because it is exposed their genocidal actions and civil society is awakening to the horror. As such, their technical and moral support will no longer be there once we begin arresting the high ranking officials of the UN, WHO, UNICEF, UNFPA, and other organizations involved in the global genocide.
I urge you to be proactive and break rank with this coalition of forces that have committed genocide since 1945 and to legislate population control. I also urge you to throw your support behind my effort to forge global consensus for a worldwide population control law as a Planetary Security Prerogative and to exercise pressure on the UN Security Council through your nation’s UN mission to help the world pursue population control legally and honorably.

The secrecy is gone and the crimes that are being committed for demographic objectives can no longer be hidden by the global apparatus of lies, deception, propaganda, and censorship. If you believe yourself protected by this international system and above the law you will soon find out otherwise.
