Herta Müller is a popular comedian in Germany, who has cooperated many times with her compatriot Peter Maffay. Their collaboration 'Über Siebenbürgen musst Du gehen" (You have to go over Transsilvania) was awarded with the Pfarrer-Ottheinrich-Knödler-Gedächnismedaille and topped charts nationwide. Herta is known for her grim sense of humour, which has enriched german language by many neologisms as 'Aufschnittlüge' (Cold cuts lie), 'Weihnachthitler' (Christmas Hitler) or 'Kanzlerinnengesichtsmaskenamt' (Woman Chancellor Facemakeroffice). Also Mrs. Müller is famous for her sense of style and fashion: She has been the prominent face for a most acclaimed campaign of Jergenî-Moden, a fashion label from Erkelenz, which vanshed off the scene in the mid of 2009 due to criminal bankrupcy of its foundress, Orphelia Zwalinowskaskaya.
